Customer Care Advisor

An exciting opportunity to join a well-established family run business. You will be first point of contact for many of our customers so the ideal candidate will have a professional yet friendly telephone manner, strong customer service skills and must be computer literate including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and experience of CMS system would be beneficial.

Location: Plymouth
Salary: National Minimum Wage
Benefits: After a 3 month probation period benefits will include a pension scheme and the Rowes Employee Benefit Scheme.
Working Hours: 16 - 25 hours per week
Driving Licence Required: No

 Role responsibilities

  • Arrange customer’s vehicle servicing and MOT appointments
  • Inform customers that their extended guarantee is coming to an end and upsell renewal if applicable
  • Use initiative to encourage sales appointments
  • Supporting sales teams with making sales calls when needed
  • Use in house systems to record outcomes
  • Data cleansing customer records
