1. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
a. To ensure the company culture of "family service you can trust” is maintained within the Sales Department
b. To maximise sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers..
c. To ensure monthly budgeted Sale of vehicles, financial and associated products are met or exceeded.
e. To ensure all vehicles are presented to the forecourt in a timely manner, and pre pared to the companies required standard.
f. To follow the Rowes Sales process.

Managing Director, Aftersales Manager, other company managers, manufacturers representatives, other group/company Sales Managers, Health & Safety Officers.
3. OBJECTIVES AND KEY TASKS
3.1 Improved profitability:
a To ensure your individual Sales targets both monthly and quarterly are achieved.
b. To ensure 40% penetration of paint protection products
c. To ensure 30% penetration of Honda Finance products
d. To ensure 40% of used cars sold are within A,B or C deal status.
3.2 Customer satisfaction:
a. To maintain ‘A’ grade status.
b. To ensure all customers are treated fairly ( TCF) as required by the Financial Services Authority.
3.3 Cost control:
a. To ensure the company’s appraisal and pre booking process is followed.
4. LIMITS OF AUTHORITY
4.1 Capital Expenditure:
No authorisation to Recruit or dismiss.
a. Liaise with CRM department , ensure allocated leads are actioned in a timely manner
5. MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS
a. Ensure all administrative functions, returns, record keeping and clerical operations are carried out at the appropriate time and kept up to date.
b. To ensure all completed deal files have relevant information for future review. Specific attention to general insurance product record keeping in line with the FSA requirements
a. Ensure adequate stock of product display material is available.
6. EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING
a. knowledge and experience of the retail motor industry.
b. Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation and of trade practices.
