Sales Executive

An exciting opportunity to join a well established family run business. Ideally, the candidate will have previous car sales experience but training will be given. This is a fantastic opportunity within the motor trade to join a Honda franchise dealership which will be leading the field in electric/hybrid technology. The successful candidate will also have the chance to sell from over 200 used vehicles within the group. This is great chance to start a long career within a well respected local business.

Location: Truro
Salary: OTE £40,000 + Pension + Benefits
Benefits: After a 3 months probation benefits will include a pension scheme and the Rowes Employee Benefit Scheme.

Role responsibilities
  • Selling new and used cars while following Rowes standards and processes 
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Proactively prospecting new and existing customers
  • Working to vehicle sales targets and upsell targets 
  • Maximise sales opportunities by upselling products and services
  • Maintaining showroom and forecourt presentation to a high standard 
  • Organising preparation and handover of vehicles 
  • Communicate effectively with customers, line managers and colleagues 
  • Offering excellent product knowledge and advice to customers 
  • Offering finance to customers in an FCA compliant manner 
What you will need
  • Full, clean UK driving license 
  • An eye for detail
  • Motivated and driven by producing high quality results 
  • Computer literate
  • Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills 
  • Smart appearance
  • Good time keeping
  • Ability to work under pressure
