Trainee Sales Administrator

The successful candidate will have a good level of general education and in particular regarding attention to detail and numerical skills. The role will also require both customer face to face and telephone interaction therefore good customer handling skills are also required.

Location: Truro
Salary: Negotiable but exceeds National Minimum Wage
Benefits: After a 3 months probation benefits will include a pension scheme and the Rowes Employee Benefit Scheme.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30
Driving Licence Required: Yes

Role Responsibilities

As a Trainee Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team. The role will primarily include raising sales invoices, registering warranties and additional polices, raising work request orders along with file auditing, and other ad-hoc duties within the dealership. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Department and other members of the showroom team. 

Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage along with proficient IT skills; however, no specific industry experience is required as full training will be given.

We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and who thrives in a busy environment. Ideally, you will be extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail.
