COVID-19 Update - Rowes Customer Notice

Following The Government announcement on Saturday 31st October regarding a second National lockdown from Thursday 5th November, we want to keep you up-to-date on our position at Rowes.     



From Thursday 5th November, our service, parts and bodyshop departments will remain open with normal trading hours (apart from Hayle which is temporarily closed) to continue to provide our full array of aftersales services. Please book in as usual. If your vehicle is booked into our workshops between Thursday 5th November and Wednesday 2nd December your appointment will still be going ahead.


Sales showrooms have been deemed as non-essential so must close from Thursday 5th November, however we are running a click & collect and home delivery service and you will be able to reserve cars online with a £99 refundable deposit should you prefer to wait until our showrooms re-open. We will be able to send you detailed information on any of our 200 used cars in stock and send walk-around videos or even set up a virtual call via Zoom or FaceTime if requested.
